Day....?

I AM THE WORST BLOGGER EVER

I apologize for my... lack of posts. Therefore I am going to give you a quickie summary of the last month, and I promise I will try to get back to the daily posts!!

May 21st Riley was born :) Ricarda's baby. It was literally one of the best days of my life, I got a call around 6:30 and by the time i got there at like 7ish I had just missed the birth, but I got to help clean him off. He is by far the cutest baby I have ever seen. His month birthday is tomorrow and he's growing up so fast. I'm a proud mama.

In other news, my mama's pregnancy is coming along, but its been a rough one though, she has had kidney stones! Poor mama, I've had those before and they are not fun.

Brian won a grand prix in KY last week! So that was really exciting, but unfortunately today is Father's Day and he isn't here to celebrate. I got my dads the coolest present, and I am so eager to give it to them! I love my Daddy and I hope he knows how much I appreciate him and Brian. Jim too!!

Basically my last few weeks have been full of mowing and riding the "baby girls" who are truly big girls now. Rika and Nina are funny creatures, but overall, really fun to ride.

Michelle and Dan have visited twice in the last month, first for Eddie Money, the second for the free party at Tiki Bobs Jamie and I won!! Which was quite the interesting trip! But it's always great to hang out with those cuties. The Tiki Bobs Party was fun, interesting though! Nothing like downtown Pontiac! EEKS! But it was fun to get the crew together for a night out on the town. Plus I beat the mechanical bull-BOO YAH!

Spent some time with Reese friends which is fun and refreshing since I haven't really hung out with them since they left me my senior year to go to college! But Lindsey, Janelle, Hannah and myself had a fun day/night going to the Saginaw Zoo and hanging out and watching GLEE. Also got to visit the Manteys which is always fun.

Zach has been doing well with baseball, I got to go to three of his games this season, he is quite the baller.

While Brian has been at the show the last two weeks, I have been mowing the crap out of the farm! Becoming the primary mower of Hunterpointe Farm is quite the full-time job. I have quite the tan lines to prove it! It doesn't help it's been so hot and humid. ICK.

Besides that overall I have been having a good summer although it is so busy. Just trying to keep up with the farm my family and time with my friends and my cutie Scott.

Speaking of Scott, him and I are trying to get a lot of time in together before I go to Traverse City for a month, I'm sad to leave him. But he will be trying to come visit as much as he can. Now that he's working 8 hour days 5 days a week it will be a little harder for him to visit. :(

I really will try to keep up with this. I feel like such a loser for losing track after only 12 days!

Day 12.

A day at home.

Did some cleaning around the house this morning waiting fro Grandma Sandy to arrive. Had chinese for dinner :) then got word that Baby Ricarda will be here very soon, within at least the next 48hours. I had been watching Ricarda on the video camera set up at her "birthing place." Everyone went to bed and I still laid on the couch watching. She laid down at one point and I got all excited, but then she just rolled... Ended up falling asleep on the couch with the pugs and was awoken by mu dad at 6am. Back to sleep for me...

Grandma bought a bunch of drink stirrers hahaha, Only with Tiff and Dawn would I do this in front of....

Twins were funny today.

The rain got the best of me today.

Rode Shiloh, that was fine but when it came to catching the baby girls it was HELL. Tiffany and I had quite the trouble catching them and after a half hour and soaking wet socks, paddock boots, and half chaps. YUCK. But Nina was very good. Then went to the Rourke's to play some board games. Still waiting for baby Ricarda!

Day 10.

The rainy whether continues! It's killing me, rode Shiloh and Nina today, but catching Nina was quite the challenge. Tiffany and I were getting frustrated with those baby girls! Nina is fun though, she is only four so she's still learning her stuff. Went over and hung out with Bessie (Jess) in the evening which was awesome because I miss her so much, it's weird going from living with someone to only seeing them once in a week. Then we went over to see Zach, Jamie and Josh and hung out with them for a bit, I miss my friends!

Day 9.

Came home from my mom's after a few days in Reese with her. Not all that exciting of a day, just lots and lots of rain. Decided to get the old sketchbook out and see if I still have even the slightest bit of artistic ability left in me. Drew a portrait of Cooper, wasn't too shabby :) Used the picture above as the inspiration.

Day 8.

One of those days where you just lay around in bed with the doggies. Watched all my favorite movies on demand and snuggled with Buttercup and Mizuno. In the evening I went over to Cody's to hang out for a bit. Overall, not that exciting of a day really.

Day 7.

Special Mothers day for my family because my mommy is expecting her third kiddo! I drove up to Reese this morning to spend it with her, we went to Jim's mothers house and celebrated with the family. Had quite the time getting the picture of the ten grandkids eeks! I'm the oldest and Zach is the next oldest, meaning that 9/10 of us are 10 or under! So pure craziness. Then in the evening Jim brought me superman ice cream which was delicious. Then spent the evening with my mommy watching the Sandra Bullock marathon on ABC Family, have to say Practical Magic is one of my favorite movies.

Day 6.

Woke up to the pugs this morning, love them so much, best snugglers. Snuggled with them and lazily went throughout my day. Finally got that stupid lawn furniture put together. The little wrenches they put in the kit for you SUCK. Worked out with Sherry and ate dinner and played a bunch of games with the family and friends. Dustin is the all time champ of Bananas though. Good relaxing rainy day.

Day 5.

Laid around all day then finally got up to go ride Shiloh in the early afternoon. Still waiting for my horse Ricarda to have her baby! Pretty uneventful day until the evening where I helped Cass get ready for her 8th grade formal by doing her hair and make-up. Then went to awful FHS to see the Ambassadors, who were really good. I hate going back to the high school, I loved most of my time there but now it's just really unsettling being there.

Day 4.

Woke up and rode Shiloh again while Tiffany rode Chanel who was quite frisky! The twins received quite the playground and was installed today. It's huge! I also learned how to drive the orange tractor! I'm not quite sure why this makes me so happy but it does. After the barn Scott and Dustin came over to walk the pugs with me then attempt to put together some tricky lawn furniture. I ended up playing on the playground with the kids, it was kind of cool...

Day 3.

The day of getting the phone. The very difficult task of getting the phone! Woke up in the morning and went and rode Shiloh. Got a text from Jenny asking if I wanted to do lunch but thought maybe she would want to come to Twelve Oaks with me instead and grab lunch there. Jamie came with us too on the last minute adventure. Tried to get the iphone but Verizon was not giving up without a fight so we grabbed lunch first then went back home with frustration and no phone. I didn't care though because I got to hang out with the girls, especially since I haven't seen Jen in AGES. I later went back with Scott on the way to the Airport to pick up his older brother Dustin. This trip was also delayed by the mulch truck tipping over onto the middle of US 23-South. 45minutes at a stand still! Finally Scott dropped me off went and grabbed Dustin and picked me up finally phone in hand! That evening was spent hanging out with the Rourkes!

Today was the perfect day in the sun

Woke up to Brian jumping in my bed to wake me up, then did some yoga. Coming downstairs Cooper ran and gave me a hug, very cute gesture. Best way to start the day. Then went with Danielle to take the twins on a walk. After that Scott came over and we took the pugs on a long walk. I wasn't sure if Silvie was going to make it! When we got back we laid out on the lawn with a blanket and a book. The twins joined us after awhile. I then worked out and had dinner, making me quite tired after the long day in the sun. Cooper picked me a dandelion and came up and gave it to me with a good hug. Going to back in the groove of riding tomorrow which is exciting then going to get my new phone. New Episode of Glee tonight!

Day 1.

First Day in documenting a year in the life of Jordan Elizabeth Brown.

My room is finally completely moved back in after the two car loads of junk from my dorm room. I can't guarantee my room will stay like this for long but I will try at least. Even Silvie was pleased with the end product as seen snuggled in already. I am very thankful Scott helped me so much today in moving me back in and getting my bags upon bags of clothes fit into my closet. Even made time to go to the grocery store and target. I feel very accomplished and eager to start my summer.
